bad management stay away
Former Tenant
Pros:
decent neighborhood, 3rd floor has a balcony which is cooling in the summer, and good light for plants
Cons:
Management is really BAD here. Window paint coming off, and water has been leaking from the ceiling from the rain. They totally ignore our request. Made someone call and asked us to move out early and didn’t want to settle a prorated lease (that’s a week of rent) which we didn’t feel fair. Packages are often stolen, and management does nothing about this. The building gets ticketed by the city all the time, and it seems like no one comes over and check on things like ever. Super change happens so often, and they also switch out the new rent payment system like twice in a row. Got a late charge and they didn’t even take the time to email or communicate things clearly with tenants at all.
