My favorite place I ever lived - but be ready for quirks.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful historical home built in 1890s. Could use some repairs and/or refurbishing in most areas of the house. Management office is located on the first floor, so if you need anything, there is always someone available. Extremely beautiful property for bushwick.
Cons:
The management can be annoying and inconsiderate when making repairs, which are constantly needed, and sometimes they don't do it right, so they have to return and be a bother a few more times.
