Avoid At All Costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Backyard was great for parties, neighbors never minded loud volume at night
Cons:
Rats in the walls, floods, roaches, $1000 ConEd bills in the winter. Just... bad.
Advice to owner:
Tear it down and start over.

A decent building for sharing an apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great Rooftop Lots of trash bins and lots of recycling bins Next to quite a few bodegas and a coin laundromat
Cons:
No laundry in building Barely any storage for tenants, including closets Management company was stingy with returning deposit
Advice to owner:
True Management should be more empathetic with it's renters
