It’s been a total nightmare

Pros:
Looks good, sort of . It’s a brand new build .
Cons:
There are water leaks everywhere, management came cut a hole in the ceiling to find moss and wet mold, water hammer from dripping pipes , walls are paper thin, electrical panels are crossed so you might be paying for another units pier, bugs everywhere, the property manager has switched 7 times in 6 months and they never fix anything, they just send someone to look at it and take pictures . MOLD… black mold in the walls, peeling paint. All from one rainy season.
Advice to owner:
Pick a new profession
