Pros:
Cute, two bathrooms, great location, cool neighbors.
Cons:
Mice have overtaken the building. They’re not even afraid of humans anymore, they genuinely stroll about like they own the place. It’s their apartment now. They live there rent free
Advice to owner:
Fix structural issues and holes in building so mice don’t get in

Neighbors are cool but loud
Cons:
There was black mold in the bathrooms and in the ceiling, we had a roof leak that was hastily patched up and not fully dealt with, there were moths and mice and roaches, property owner tried to get neighbors to pay some garbage fee that doesn’t exist, property manager was much less flexible about rent during Covid when only one of us was still employed
Advice to owner:
Actually do the serious renovations needed to fix the mold in the ceilings, forgive rent during a pandemic
