Evil landlord terrible building

Pros:
Great neighbors, the apt itself is large
Cons:
We had 3 leaks since day one of our lease. No one ever came to solve any of them EVER. It got to a point where the entire ceiling caved in on my roommate. We also had a severe black mold infestation and water damage throughout the whole unit. In our time there, every single unit except one broke their lease early. AVOID THIS PROPERTY. AVOID THIS LANDLORD
