Hallway was clean
Cons:
Multiple ceiling leaks were ignored for months or just painted over, our oven and kitchen lights broke around the same time and weren’t fixed for several days, heat was not reaching upstairs apartment for months and when a tenant finally raised the thermostat themselves they were accused of breaking the thermostat and everyone on the third floor out was kicked out, including people who had lived there for 7 years. Do NOT trust the people on the first floor, they will snitch on you to the landlords if you inconvenience them in any way.
