Sweet neighbors but management is not very responsive

Pros:
The apartment is in a very nice and friendly neighborhood. All the neighbors are very sweet. The heat and water worked fine. The apartment is kept fairly clean and it got fumigated every month.
Cons:
Our apartment had water damage and no matter how many times we wrote to them about it, nothing was done to fix or prevent it. 2 out of 4 of our stoves didn't work and the oven didn't work half of the time. My roommate's window was broken and they never came to fix it.
