Pros:
Pretty decent renovation, good spaces.
Cons:
Sounds and smells are shared between tenants. If someone is smoking weed in the building, everyone is smelling it. If there’s a frat party in the basement all night, nobody is sleeping. If there’s a stomper or loud talker above you, that’s your life now.
Advice to owner:
Pick better tenants.
