Just fine

Pros:
The building is fine for what it is.
Cons:
Neighbors are super disrespectful of common areas, hallways, outside etc. Leaks are a common issue and plumbers can never figure out how or where they are coming from. Constant people moving in and out and quick turnaround of apartments that are never serviced. Vents are not serviced, lights never replaced, it won't be cleaned and painted before you move in which is a day after someone else moves out. Crazy and insane. Not worth the insane price.
Advice to owner:
Screen tenants. Service your building and get a better management company that actually responds with answers rather than constant questions pushing responsibility on to tenants.
