Don’t do it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything is close in the neighborhood, laundry, supermarket, stores etc
Cons:
The building is disgusting!! There’s tons of people living in the basement. The hallway smells really bad, the whole building is in really bad condition. Always see huge dead water-bugs, a lot of cockroaches and mice. Does not like to fix things and or when he does, it’s very cheap or tries to do it himself instead of hiring a professional. The water coming out of the pipes smell horrible and there’s barely water pressure.
Advice to owner:
Nothing better than living somewhere that is clean and in good condition.
