Decent space becomes not worth it bc of Harassing Landlaďy
Former Tenant
Pros:
1 block way from laundry, moderately close to train station and grocery store. Each floor has it's own apt.
Cons:
Mice problem, thin walls, landlady doesn't live on property and is also incredibly hard to work with. Landlady teats tenants like children and uses threats to try to "scare" tenants into following rules of the building.
Advice to owner:
Hire professionals instead of relatives to fix issues around apartment. Positive communication and goodwill will go farther in maintaining your building and tenants rather than threats.
