Potential to be amazing

Pros:
I love having access to outdoor space, the size of the apartment, the updated appliances
Cons:
The property management company is both unorganized and unprofessional. They do not maintain the building at all. Garbage is constantly left overflowing since they haven’t been paying the maintenance guy. There was an unresolved rat and roach problem when I moved in.
Advice to owner:
Maintain your property. Value your tenants. We pay a lot of money in rent for zero maintenance.
