avoid this nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
there was a roof over my head (until the ceiling caved in 3 times)
Cons:
landlord lied about radiators not being in the building and only provided insufficient and costly electric space heaters.
the ceiling caved in, I kid you not, 3 times. the third time it was a jewish holiday and nobody answered any of our calls/emails/texts. water poured through the ceiling for 8 hours before someone came to shut the water off.
rats and garbage all over the hallway. old rusty washing machine and dirty mattress in the backyard.
I could keep going but why are you even still reading? RUN
Advice to owner:
you should answer for your crimes and not be allowed to rent property in this or ANY state.
