Horrible Management not much else to say
Former Tenant
Pros:
little to say, room had light
Cons:
Never fulfilled maintenance requests even when we first moved in. You have to call and text at least 5 times to get anything done. We didn't have hot water in the kitchen the entire year and the sink made horrible sounds. When my lease ended, they charged me for the following month and when I called them to figure it out and get reimbursed they refused to give me a timeline and hung up on me.
