rental process and
Former Tenant
Pros:
centrally located, really organized and responsive, no fee
Cons:
the bathroom was outdated and modly, but they explained that it would be replaced we just have to wait. the front of the building is also messed up. building number written in sharpie under the front door.
Advice to owner:
repaint the front of your building and clean the lobby, its truly not that hard

Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy access to transportation, cute lively neighborhood with plenty of qpoc and boricua families.
Cons:
Squatters, dope fiends chilling around, a front door that didn’t lock, and the worst management company in the world.

only if you choosing between this and homelessness
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy apply and processing rent application, less requirements
Cons:
noise level at night made my bed shaking, every month you have to request exterminators, heating on 3rd floor is challenging on winter, 2 months for returning security deposit, neighbor's child tried to rob us twice, no apologize. Neighbors sleep, store stuff and throw garbage into narrow stairs.
