You Shouldn’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gym, backyard, in- building laundry
Cons:
The gym is dirty and the machines are not maintained, they’re all pretty much broken at this point. The backyard is not well kept at all; there is dog poo and trash all over and the water gutters are clogged up so when it rains, the basement floods and it smells. The laundry room is NEVER cleaned or wiped down. The property managers do not care about the tenants AT ALL. They also don’t give a damn about the property.
Advice to owner:
Maybe you shouldn’t do this anymore. This is bad and the entire building constantly has complaints and there’s a high turnover rate- nobody wants to stay here.
