Good experience but is no worth repeating it ✌🏼

Pros:
The building is managed by the owners son, he and his wife are really nice people very helpful and always willing to help and serve everybody in the building.
Cons:
When it comes to issues with the neighbors of the same building they don’t know how to manage it, in various opportunities me and my roommates found our packages opened and when we tried to reach them they tried to make us talk to the owner or the girls from the first floor (who were apparently the ones doing it) and none of them worked. The landlord was blaming on us saying that we didn’t specify on our apartment number when it clearly said our names in the package. Neighbors from the first floor are involved in gossips and drama, never close the doors properly, constantly have parties and are always rude and disrespectful for no reason.
Advice to owner:
If you want to keep a peaceful environment and happy tenants in the second floor of your building you should kick those problematic girls out ✌🏼
