    nice place but very small and not alot of sunlight

    Pros:
    great location
    near the J and L and not far from the lirr
    bus stop right in front of the house
    safe and lively neighborhood
    lots of restaurants
    Cons:
    super small bedrooms
    not a lot of natural sunlight
    broken door
    packages always getting stolen
    Advice to owner:
    invest in better maintaince
