Nice compact building, decent

Pros:
Everything was pretty new clean and quiet the neighbors were OK there's storage inside the building and it's across the street from the park
Cons:
The walls are pretty thin so you can hear your neighbor sometimes or your roommates if you have one sometimes the neighbors facing the backyard with a party of it and you could hear some noise but it wasn't that often it wasn't super close to very many grocery stores or anything like that

Pros:
Quiet Area, a lot of street parking at night because its next to a school, cute garden next door, park in front of the building, no live in super but very quick and nice to respond to requests.
Cons:
Garbage control was awful and there were always rats running around outside, walk up stairs were always dirty
Advice to owner:
Keep outside cleaner

Classi "new" but poorly maintained

Pros:
The building is new, so nice appliances, laundry in building, things work!
Cons:
Its so dirty, zero care to the property, garbage is everywhere, I think they swept the hall/lobby like once in the 2 years i lived there. Rats are ALWAYS outside, back yard is full of dogshit.

Quiet street, nice park next door.
Cons:
Super doesn’t take care of garbage. Invites tons of rats.
Advice to owner:
Change super. Be responsible.
