Not suitable for long term

Pros:
generally building suits needs of the 6 20-something’s living here.
Cons:
terribly drafty, huge gap under front door. Basement is disgusting and emits smell, various water damages in ceilings, issues with leaks during rain storms. Building management hesitant to fix anything.
Advice to owner:
get a real job like a garbage man
