Piece of work landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooftop is pretty and nice to hangout. The bars around were my go to. Within walking distance from some nice places and the subway line.
Cons:
The landlord is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever met. Increases the rent whenever, yells and acts that he is doing the biggest favor by even letting us live here. There are roaches all around. There’s no laundry. There’s an in person interview before the landlord can even select which was done at a very short and he expects you to be present.
Advice to owner:
Grow up, do what you are supposed to do instead of just scheming to make more money from us all the time. And keep it clean!

Terrible management and PESTS
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, close to the subway and a block away from great bars and cafes.
Cons:
Management is horrible. They are very aggressive and sexist. There were cockroaches with no reassurance that they would be dealt with.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your building and be respectful to your tenants.
