Landlords Are Cheats!
Former Tenant
Pros:
No issues with neighbors or hot water.
Cons:
Maintenance failed to be upheld. Had a severe leak for over a year until finally we withheld to get it fixed. Landlord also raised rent and lied about additional security deposit after a year. Currently a light fixture is broken and has yet to be fixed. Spoke to neighbors and tenants of properties owned by same company and they have had similar issues. Currently getting a lawyer to get out money back for the last year due to illegal rent hike.
