Do not move here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great because it is close to both the L and J trains.
Cons:
The building is extremely unresponsive to issues. My roommate and I have had a leak in our apartment for over a year and they have done absolutely NOTHING. All they do is send the same man to take pictures and paint the walls that turned brown from the water coming through. There is likely tons of mold in the walls too because of this issue that is not resolved. The management is extremely rude, unorganized, has a lack of empathy and really just a nightmare. I think the hallway has been cleaned a total of 4 times in the two years living here. Totally not worth the stress.
Advice to owner:
Please fix the leak for the next tenants or you will have a huge lawsuit once the ceiling collapses from not being able to hold the water!

Decent tenets for the most part
Cons:
Rent is way overpriced for the space, location and overall quality if the building
