Pros:
The apartment is spacious and has central AC and heat
Cons:
Management never responds to anything. Feel like we are being overcharged. Neighbors are loud.

Has potential but for now, run!

Pros:
This building/unit could be so much. In-unit washer & dryer, close to the subway, nice background, and tons of space. The neighbors are nice, although very loud late at night.
Cons:
Unfortunately, there is a recurring sewage leaks and hot water outages that management is not responsive to and knowingly does not disclose. Get away while you can :)

Near parks and restaurants. Right by the L on Wilson. Beautiful front windows.
Cons:
Cheap management. Loud very loud neighbors.
