Only great for a short time

Pros:
It was nice for a little while. There's some sunlight, even on the north facing end of the building.
Cons:
The garbage piles up and stays looking gross for weeks. There are a lot of nice because of the garbage. The basement is disgusting. The apartments are too small for the prices they're trying to con people into taking.
Advice to owner:
Please don't let Duvi handle tenants. He's become very rude and disrespectful over the years. Not the guy he used to be and it's disheartening.

Cozy building right by L train

Pros:
I love how it was maintained. Management is very quick to responding to maintenance issues. I also loved how close it is to the L train and the roof top.
Cons:
The black gate in the front. Maybe something that matches the style of the building would have been better. Also the laundry room never got another machine after one of them was ruined from a storm. It felt more like a boiler room than a place to do laundry.
