Looks can be deceiving

Pros:
Quick commute to city Proximity to subway Neighborhood
Cons:
Heat doesn’t work properly in bedrooms Maintenance workers are horrible Ants, water bugs, mice and roaches have all been problems
Advice to owner:
Completely change staff and the way you operate. Everyone involved with moffat gold needs retraining or to be let go.
