Great amenities, close to 3 trainlines
Cons:
Packages are often stolen. Elevator breaks down almost weekly. It is not a rent controlled building. Most tenants stay for less than 2 years as the owner tends to increase rent prices by about 40% after 2 years.
Advice to owner:
Apply for rent controlled leasing. It's bad business to drastically increase the price of rent. It is a serious interruption to your clients lives and budget. Be honest about the location. This is Brownsville/Ocean Hill. Calling this location Bushwick is a dishonest way of charging higher rent. Treat your renters like customers, not property.
