Pros:
Close to subway, never saw any pests in the apartment, good heat and AC
Cons:
Slow management response, laundry is often broken
Advice to owner:
Include one of the utilities in the rent cost

STAY FAR AWAY

It’s clean most of the time. Nice roommates
Cons:
Loud parties on the roof every weekend in the summer-fall that last to 1:00-2:00am. So if you work a normal job, don’t go there.
Domes management: We had no working AC unit, mid summer. They never responded to our request for weeks. so we had to buy fans, other roommates had to go to a hotel. When they found out we filed a complaint with 311 they texted my roommate “ complaint won’t do anything “.
They stole our deposit as well. They don’t care about their tenants, just the money. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent from them.
Advice to owner:
Be responsible. A lease is a two way contract

Overpriced

Pros:
*The nighttime view from the roof
* down the block from a supermarket
*multiple train stops local
Cons:
*most of the apartments are rented out as rooms so it’s literally random people in constant rotation.
*the units are drastically overpriced.
*when you have a issue don’t expect a speedy response.
*Building goes multiple weeks without being cleaned much less dissatisfied.
*a single washer dryer set that barely dries your clothes.
*Day time parking is horrible
Advice to owner:
* need better communication
*fix the washer drier or get a new one. U shouldn’t be charging people for this level of quality in the Machine.
