AVOID AT ALL COST

Pros:
Absolutely nothing. Single-handedly the worst 12 months of my life
Cons:
The super is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever come across raising the worst humans ever.

Cons:
Our heat stopped working for 4 months
We don’t have a mailbox
NONE of our windows are connected to the frame so our coned bill is consistently high
Nothing was clean upon moving in and it was very clear the person prior to us was a smoker. Every window had a disgusting film on it
Terrible apartment
Loud neighbors
Building is made or cardboard and falling apart
Advice to owner:
Sell the building and get jobs
