Not too bad at the time
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rent was cheap and the bedrooms are decently sized
Cons:
There was a homeless man constantly doing drugs/passed out on the steps outside. My packages always got stolen
Advice to owner:
Get some cameras for the building

It’s not so bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s really close to multiple trains, supermarkets, and laundromats. The rooms get nice lighting and are pretty spacious
Cons:
Major bug problem in the summer. Packages get stolen regularly. There’s always a homeless man on drugs sitting outside. Management isn’t always very responsive or gets things done in a timely manner.
