Roaches, rats, and no mail

Cons
Entire building has not received mail in over a month because the landlord refuses to go to the post office to fix the mailbox. We have had a roach issue since we have moved in here. And the doorbell buzzer has never worked. We have contacted management many times about fixing this. Mold is pooling in the basement bc of a broken window.
Advice to the owners
Treat all units in building for roaches and fix the mailbox
