Won’t fix expensive repairs
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rent is very good.
Cons:
They refuse to fix my bathroom floor that THEY destroyed. They need someone to come in and level the floor. They just patch over it and the floor tiles all come back up and crack and tilt. I have tried for over 3 years to get them to fix my floor. They act like they’re going to do something and then NEVER do it. I’ve spoken to other people in the building and it’s the same story. They’ll patch anything but they’re NOT hiring a REAL contractor to come in and do the work. They hire cheap labor to fix things that they can’t fix. They’re patchers too. Really nice guys. Hard workers. They just can’t do the work.
Advice to owner:
Hire actual contractors to fix the major repairs and not random people that are cheap. Don’t ask me if it’s ok to tear up my floor, then not fix it back. I did YOU a favor and in return, you ignored what you tore up. It’s rude. It’s disrespectful and I’ve had it.
