Brownsville for sure
Former Tenant

Keyed building access. Responsive management agency.

Didn’t care about tenants safety
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is brand new, only good thing about it.
Cons:
Wear and tear within the apartment and would have to be persistent on the landlord to take care of it. Did not care about safety of other roommates if one is very threatening.
Advice to owner:
Actually care about taking care the apartments the tenants are paying to live in and the compatibility of tenants.
