Once was a place of hope, then turned into a place of horror
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big apartments and great neighbors
Cons:
No heat and hot water in the winter months. The workers kept the building dirty. There were Rats not mice in some apartments. There have been evictions and when you move if you’re lucky to get out. They put filings of eviction on your credit report, so you have to stay in housing!
Advice to owner:
Clean up your buildings and stop with the no heat and hot water. Hire people who want to work. And let people go without soiling their credit!
