If I had known better, I would have turned around
Pros
It has a porch and transportation is nearby
Cons
This is a family home building that has a roomshare in one of the apartments the owner does not hold any sub tenant accountable for cleanliness, noise control or courtesy. As long as they’re getting their rent they do not care what goes on in their leased room share there were pests and not to mention the area is very dangerous
Advice to the owners
Be better owners
