Move somewhere else!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I enjoy my neighbors. They are very easy to live around. However the community isn't. Since my landlord isn't responsible one of the tenants ensures garbage disposal . So I appreciate that.
Cons:
The landlord doesn't take care of his units and tenant's apartments. There's nice and rodents and he stopped services for the building. Since he controls the heat electronically, in the winter time it's cold because he chooses when to keep it on.
Advice to owner:
There's so many h to inns that I can say that needs to be done. However you are fully aware of the things and neglect the landlord has done to this building. I pray that karma doesn't come your way or reaches your other loved ones due to the actions you've taken.
