STAY FAR AWAY!
Pros
The street itself is quiet, it's in a residential neighborhood.
Cons
1. NYC HPD is building an affordable housing unit across the street, and construction starts around 5-8am and then stops around 1-2pm. Which disturbs EVERYONE in the neighborhood. 2. The landlord will NOT speak to you, he will send his wife to handle everything 3. THEY WILL shut off your utilities as a form of intimidation
Advice to the owners
Stop being a landlord, and stop sending your wife to handle your dirty work.
