Pros:
None!!!We saved enough to get out!
Cons:
Everything!!!This lady owns multiple properties and she treats them all the same.She dines nothing for the buildings ,don’t answer her phone.Roaches,mice,unsanitary.That building 649 and countless other properties she owns
Advice to owner:
Sell All your properties so they can be Demolished and someone else can take over it and she needs to be arrested for how she have her tenants living.She only comes around to collect rent even when she hangs outside her building she does nothing for us..
