Pros:
Nothing . This landlord pretends to be a “nice” Christian, but she doesn’t do anything to fix this property. Shes a liar and very manipulative and does not care about the well being of her tenants
Cons:
Tenants went without heat, hot water or gas for almost 2 years. Never fixes ANYTHING, building over run by roaches, mice and god knows what else. Basement was flooded with sewage and she did nothing for MONTHS. DO NOT RENT HERE

Fix your fucking house
