Needs alot Improvement Management needs to care about tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Garbage pick up on time.
Cons:
Mice problem past year
Window that has yet to be fixed probably since upon moving in
Front gate never close
Light in hall way goes off and on without motion sensor alerted

Only old smoke detectors in apartment no smoke and carbon monoxide detector combine in one

When calling for repairs receptions always suggest that you try fixing it yourself first before sending someone one that is training to fix issues.

Two winters serious heating issues multiple calls to management and 311.
Advice to owner:
Provide exterminator serious increase in mice presences
holes in wall made by mice that need fixing
Apartments started seeing a lot of mice
Heating problems every winter.
Apartment fixing take to long
Management doesn’t notify ahead of time to confirm for repairs
Receptions at management office always suggesting that you fix repairs yourself first before sending someone who is trained
