Decent landlord but horrible tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Right near train station
Bus stops in front building
Always has vacancies
Landlord is very good at getting stuff fixed
Decent rent
Accepts programs
Cons:
Too many drug dealers in building
Roach infestation
Small bedrooms
Packages always getting stolen
Hallway cameras are just a show they don’t work
Advice to owner:
Get working cameras and anytime a tenant complains about drug dealers doing it right in hallways put a stop to it
