Slumlord at its best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pricing of rent. Heat and hot water is good. Location is a plus
Cons:
Rats in outside garbage bins covering broken ground. Water damage throughout the building. Big hole in ceiling on second floor. Roof leaking. 3rd floor is filthy. Water bugs flying around. No proper lighting or mailboxes
Advice to owner:
Repair your building. Ppl should not have to pay to live like they on the streets. You wouldn't live like this. Stop treating every one like they came out the shelter.
