avoid at all cost
Former Tenant
Pros:
Avoid renting from here at all cost It took 3 months to get the security deposit after calling management every day
Cons:
-management never answered calls -Had to call 311 to get management to resolve issues -No heating -Mold in closets -Apartment ceiling damaged due to water damage -packages stolen
Advice to owner:
Improve management and building maintenance
