The landlord doesn't care

Pros:
Some respectable neighbors
Cons:
No security, broken mailboxes, unwanted traffic of none tenants who do drugs, stolen packages and mail. No Heat and Hot Water during the winter months. Repairs needing to be repaired yet don't get done. The building is unsafe to live in. Some neighbors steal and cause trouble in the building
Advice to owner:
Need a better super, fix tenants repairs, Get a boiler that can keep the tenants with heat and hot water
