This building is horrible

Pros:
Close to a train to escape this place
Cons:
Management is non responsive and non-caring. This building is the worst decision we made. Avoid it if you can
Advice to owner:
Maintain your building. Stop waiting for issues to come up. Your lack of care I believe it's squarely based on the race of those who live here. Sad reality
