do not move here
Former Tenant
Pros:
location. close to highland park
Cons:
Entire building is infested, extremely dirty, the hallway smells like a wet dirty mop causing entire building to smell like a basement. Rats, mice, roaches, water bugs, spiders.. all types of bugs. Ceilings are constantly breaking, neighbors seem to purposely sabotage themselves and myself due to issues with landlord.
