What can I say?
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked that my apartment has a spacious bedroom and closet. Nice sized bathroom.
Cons:
The exterminator never shows up, the garbage is maintained but not in a great way it can cause rodents and pests. The landlord (whoever that is) isn't responsive and there's no clear point of contact to have issues in the building resolved.
Advice to owner:
Do better. In all honesty the apartments are nice but not maintained well. If there is a clear point of contact set up that allows tenants to get what they need things would be better.
