Ups and downs
Pros
Quiet except holidays, landlord keeps property clean and helps with most repairs. No stealing of mails or packages, very organized. Utilities included in rent
Cons
Apartment not that hot during winter, frequent pest control every 4 to 6 months but can't get rid of all of them due to most likely neighbors not taking care of. Pest only seen once a week at most. Have to pay for ac install during summer like $50 monthly. Very sensitive firealarm, can't cook smokey food that much or goes off immediately.
