Nothing the only good thing is the neighbor is convenient
Cons:
The neighbors the random people inside the building the crime and drug activity

Close to the train and stores
Cons:
Dirty, rat infested, slumlord, crackheads, etc. it is just a bad building to live in.
Advice to owner:
Re renovate the whole building move your tenants into another building and when you’re finished redoing this whole building ask them if they want to stay where they are or come back. Be a good landlord. Stop being so cheap.
